




Job Summary: An HR/DP professional to support onboarding, recruitment and selection (R&S), payroll, benefits, time tracking, vacation management, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Benefits management and employee support **Responsibilities:** ---------------- * Support onboarding, integration, internal transfers, and offboarding processes. * Assist in Recruitment & Selection (job posting, screening, scheduling, interviews, and feedback). * Support payroll, benefits, electronic time tracking, and document-related entries and verifications. * Monitor vacations, leaves of absence, medical certificates, and working hour control. * Assist in benefits administration (enrollment, removal, inquiries, invoice verification). * Support training programs, performance evaluations, and organizational climate initiatives. * Provide employee support, clarifying HR/DP-related questions. * Maintain organized and up-to-date departmental records, files, and documents. * Support preparation of HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, overtime).
