Join us!** **Job Description** --------------------- The **Integration Project Chief (IPC) – Electrical Engineering** will be responsible for managing and coordinating the integration of vehicle electrical architecture specifications and systems, documentation releases, requirements analysis reports, vehicle configuration, and change management. This includes leading integration meetings, supporting electrical problem-solving meetings, program reviews, and initiating assembly of the first development vehicles at the production plant. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time deliveries * Review schedules and product plans, and communicate with relevant departments * Analyze program information and align with the engineering team * Manage vehicle project deliveries * Lead internal project processes * Create and manage specification releases * Control and track project changes * Manage vehicle configuration updates **Requirements:** --------------- **Mandatory:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) * 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems * Experience with electrical testing in manufacturing facilities * Strong leadership and communication skills * Organizational skills **Desirable:** * Master's degree * Experience in vehicle validation or development * Knowledge of electrical systems * Ability to work independently * Manufacturing facility experience **What We Offer** -------------------- * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Maternity and Paternity leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
