Responsibilities * Supervise daily route planning for technical teams and deliveries * Monitor completed services and outstanding operational tasks * Monitor the route management system (e.g., TechRotas) and logistics KPIs * Control fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and upkeep * Ensure schedule organization and adherence to scheduled times * Support communication among logistics, technical assistance, and sales departments * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements * Monitor tool checklists and external team organization * Lead and develop the operational team Requirements * Experience in logistics, operations, or supervision of external teams * Organized, dynamic profile with practical leadership skills * Strong communication skills and strategic operational vision * Basic knowledge of systems and spreadsheets Preferred Qualifications * Experience in route planning for technical teams or deliveries * Knowledge of operational KPIs and process improvement What We Offer * Market-competitive salary * Performance-based bonus * Ongoing training * Structured work environment and growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
