As an Executive Sales Manager, you will:
* Contribute to defining the Company's commercial guidelines and policies through active participation in the management team to establish commercial targets;
* Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the Company's institutional image among clients, distributors, representatives, and others by improving relationships with them—directly and/or indirectly—to sustain or improve its positioning;
* Maintain ongoing coordination with the Logistics department and other departments involved in the commercial process to support the Company's objectives;
* Contribute to developing new products that enable the Company to preserve its competitiveness and market share in the domestic market, through appropriate analysis and definition of market trends and opportunities jointly with Production and Marketing departments;
* Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets set jointly with the Sales Directorate, via appropriate planning and coordination of human, technical, and material resources;
* Manage the sales team activities within your region, aligned with the Sales Directorate's plans, aiming to maximize the Company's results;
* Ensure availability of adequately qualified human resources for the area by identifying training, development, and motivation needs of team members, with appropriate support from the Human Resources department;
* Manage the team under your responsibility, including vacation scheduling, attendance control, performance evaluation (where applicable), diagnosing and proposing necessary training, providing input on hiring, transfers, role adjustments, and employee dismissals, as well as handling other personnel management duties in accordance with Company procedures and applicable legislation, while maintaining team motivation and a positive organizational climate;
* Participate in internal and external audits by providing information and clarifying auditors' questions to assess processes and activities, and to understand requirements and necessary corrections and/or improvements to adopted procedures;
* Develop and implement work plans according to the objectives and targets of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems.
Minimum Education: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
