We seek an agile thinker with empathy, patience, and excellent verbal communication skills, as interactions will occur primarily via telephone. * Provide telephone customer and frontline staff support; * Validate and follow up on requests received by the contact center; * Conduct registration verifications and access inquiries; * Perform remote fueling entries via the Litröz administrative portal; * Ensure quality, agility, and accuracy in recorded information.
