Analyze the market and support Capex projects **Description:** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in Supply Chain/Procurement are a plus; Experience in procurement of materials and/or services; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on intermediate-level Excel; Familiarity with SAP is desirable; Willingness to work onsite in Belo Horizonte/MG. Here’s how you’ll contribute to the Supply Intelligence team: Leading procurement processes—from requisition through receipt of materials or services—including quotations, negotiations, proposal analysis, and purchase order issuance; Managing suppliers—researching, qualifying, and developing new partners, while maintaining strategic relationships with existing suppliers, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement; Conducting strategic negotiations—leading discussions on pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and contractual conditions—with focus on total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization; Analyzing the market—performing benchmarking, tracking trends, monitoring price indicators, and identifying alternatives to optimize procurement activities; Supporting Capex projects—collaborating with Engineering and Project teams in acquiring equipment, machinery, and services, including understanding technical specifications and deadlines; Managing supplier contracts—contributing to drafting, negotiation, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with agreed clauses and conditions; Optimizing internal procurement processes—proposing and assisting in implementing improvements aimed at operational efficiency and procurement agility. 2511130202461866338
