Job Summary: Perform operational tasks related to sorting, organizing, packaging, and dispatching fresh produce to ensure efficient product delivery to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the environment and equipment clean and organized. 2. Receive, sort, and organize fruits by size and quality. 3. Collaborate with the team and support shifts and units. Carry out operational tasks associated with the sorting, organizing, packaging, and dispatching of goods for fresh produce expeditions, facilitating efficient customer product delivery. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment to optimize process efficiency. * Verify the availability of required materials and products, reporting any discrepancies to the Operations Controller. * Supply the production line with materials and products received from suppliers. * Receive and/or sort and organize fruits according to specifications for size and quality. * Prepare and load packages, moving\-them to pre\-designated areas. * Assist in operating machinery involved in the process. * Report quality-related issues with fruits to the supervisor. * Support warehouse organization when necessary. * Follow established procedures and standards, adhering to internal technical guidelines. * Use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure health and safety in the workplace. * Collaborate with other professionals involved in the process and provide support for shifts and units of Grupo Água de Coco whenever required. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of handling and organizing fruits and fresh produce. * Awareness of workplace hygiene and cleaning practices. * Knowledge of proper PPE usage and safety regulations in the warehouse. * Ability to identify non-conforming products (damaged or unsuitable fruits). * Basic understanding of materials such as bags, stretch wrap (plastic packaging), labels, etc. * Awareness of safe loading and unloading practices. **Location:** São Sebastião Neighborhood/Contagem * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM\- 8:20 PM Saturday: Day off Sunday: 7:00 AM \- 3:20 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * Day OFF * Life Insurance * Production bonus of BRL 300.00 to BRL 700.00 / month.
