Then join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Warehousing Operations** * Sort, organize, and move tires and materials according to work orders. * Assist in receiving and inspecting products, verifying quantities, integrity, and documentation. * Organize physical inventory, maintaining standards of cleanliness, identification, and safety. * Store products according to assigned locations and supervisor instructions. * Support load assembly and vehicle loading. * Perform packaging, labeling, and cargo securing activities when required. **Control and Management** * Record movements in the system or spreadsheets, as requested. * Support periodic inventories and general stocktakes. * Assist in cycle counting and accuracy control. * Report discrepancies, damages, and inconsistencies to the warehouse supervisor. **Safety and Compliance** * Comply with internal standards, quality requirements, and distribution center procedures. * Use PPE and maintain a safe environment, helping prevent accidents and losses. * Follow guidelines related to SOX, asset security, and product integrity. **Team Support** * Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure operational efficiency. * Support the warehouse supervisor in daily routines and operational demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience** * Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or distribution is desirable. * Experience handling goods, order picking, and inspection. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management. * Basic knowledge of inventory control systems or WMS (experience with ERP—preferably Protheus—is a plus). * Ability to read invoices and labels. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and PPE usage. **Advantages** * Forklift operator training (even without practical experience). * Experience in the automotive or tire industry. * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **At GF Pneus, you’ll enjoy these benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Health Plan – Company covers part of the monthly fee; * Discount on product purchases; * Corporate University – Access to training and development programs; * Birthday Day-Off – One day off to celebrate your way; * Sesc Partnership – Benefits in culture, leisure, sports, and health; * Group Life Insurance – Extra security for you and your family; * Anima Network Partnership – Discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses. **Inclusive positions are also available for people with disabilities.** With over **30 years on the road**, **GF Pneus** is a national reference in the automotive sector, offering comprehensive solutions for those seeking **quality, safety, and performance**, whether driving a vehicle or building a career.
