If you are looking for a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and a partner for enhancing customer results, we are ready to support you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical and managerial lead for the Electrical Testing Laboratory, including forensic testing, in-process manufacturing tests, routine and type tests, as defined by the sales scope; * Manage the Quality team, including inspection activities, incoming material control, monitoring of production processes, and final equipment release; * Ensure conformity of received parts, components, and raw materials, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications, standards, and contractual requirements; * Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical tests on power transformers, furnaces, rectifiers, and reactors at the factory and, where applicable, field tests; * Ensure compliance with national and international technical standards (ABNT, IEC, IEEE, ISO, among others); * Analyze non-conformities, failures, and process deviations, conducting root cause analyses and defining corrective and preventive actions; * Develop, review, and approve technical procedures, test plans (PIT), work instructions, test reports, and transformer manuals; * Act as the technical interface with customers, external inspectors, accredited laboratories, and certification bodies; * Monitor quality performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements to processes and product performance; * Ensure calibration, maintenance, and traceability of laboratory measurement and testing equipment; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and good laboratory practice requirements; * Suggest improvements to current maintenance procedures or materials; * Perform activities in accordance with company-defined rules and procedures; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Electrical testing of transformers (routine and type); * Extra-high voltage testing (reference: 300MVA\-500kV transformers); * ABNT, IEC, IEEE standards and international contractual requirements; * Metrology, calibration, and instrument traceability; * Advanced English **Additional Information** At our company, you enjoy comprehensive benefits to care for your health, well-being, professional growth, and quality of life! * **Working Hours?** From 7:15 AM to 4:33 PM, Monday to Friday. * **Medical Assistance**: Care for your health. * **Dental Assistance**: A healthy smile guaranteed. * **Meals at Work**: Healthy and tasty meals, evaluated by our Nutritionists. * **Recognition Card**: Monthly attendance bonus. * **Pharmacy Card**: Take care of your health with discounts. * **Shuttle Service or Transportation Allowance**: Easy mobility. * **Profit Sharing (PLR)**: Share in the company's profits. * **Life Insurance**: Peace of mind for you and your family. * **Study Grant Policy**: Invest in your future. * **Referral Program "Who Trusts, Recommends"**: Recommend and get rewarded! * **SESI Club**: Leisure and well-being for you and your family, within reach. * **Gympass**: Incentive for your physical health.
