Job Summary: The professional will conduct inspections on construction projects, supervise service requests, issue technical opinions, and ensure service quality for customers and achievement of desired results. Key Highlights: 1. Inspections and supervision of completed construction projects 2. Issuance of technical opinions 3. Ensuring quality and expected outcomes Conduct inspections on already-completed construction projects, record and track service requests in the system until their resolution. Also coordinate scheduling of incoming service requests, issue technical opinions, and ensure all activities comply with company guidelines, prioritizing customer service quality and achievement of expected results.
