Building and maintaining client relationships **Commercial Area \| Construction Industry** We seek a professional to work in the commercial area, focusing on prospecting, developing, and closing business in the construction industry segment. **Responsibilities:** Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities; Conduct commercial visits to present our services; Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and lead the negotiation process to closure; Manage and monitor the entire negotiation cycle; Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring quality post-sales service and customer retention; Analyze the market, competition, and trends in the construction industry; **Requirements:** Experience in the commercial area, preferably within the construction industry segment; Negotiation skills and ability to build client relationships; Proactive profile, results-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills; **Employment Type:** Freelance (PJ) Position Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
