We are confident that day after day, we build the future we want—and this future is embodied in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Conducting the Condominium Installation Assembly: planning, organizing, scheduling and structuring the event, communicating with residents, and holding the assembly in accordance with the condominium bylaws; * Mapping and driving improvements in Condominium Implementation processes, aiming for customer satisfaction (governance of NPS and Reclame Aqui indicators for this stage of the MRV customer journey); * Ensuring success in post-Assembly stages—including registration of the Assembly minutes and issuance of the CNPJ (Brazilian corporate tax ID) with the Federal Revenue Service; * Monitoring CNPJ issuance indicators to ensure issuance occurs before key handover, and implementing actions for continuous improvement aligned with the company’s expected outcomes. * Preparing strategic reports and analyses.
