Focus on automation, scalability, high availability, and security We are looking for a **Senior DevOps Analyst** to support and optimize our **card processing platform**, ensuring **automation, scalability, high availability, and security** of services in **cloud-native environments**. This professional will contribute to the **implementation and governance of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring**, while collaborating **with development and architecture teams** to ensure **efficient and secure operations**. If you have experience in **complex environments, work well with microservices, Kubernetes, automation, and security (PCI DSS, HSM)**, this is your opportunity to work in a **highly technological and innovative environment**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and maintain **robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring **secure and agile deployments**. * Automate infrastructure using **Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes**. * Ensure **observability and monitoring** using **Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack**, and APM tools. * Implement **security and compliance (PCI DSS, HSM, encryption, access controls, and audits)**. * Manage **Kubernetes clusters (EKS, OpenShift, AKS, GKE)** and optimize them for **high performance and resilience**. * Work with **API Gateways (AWS API Gateway, Kong, Apigee) and load balancers**. * Implement **backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies**. * Manage **messaging and data streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Hazelcast, Redis)**. * Collaborate with developers to **optimize environments, pipelines, and microservices architecture**. * Collaborate on **distributed logging and tracing strategies (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, ELK)**. * Work with **relational and non-relational databases** in distributed environments. * Collaborate on **access and identity governance (IAM, RBAC, SSO, Vault, Consul)**. * Support **engineering teams** in adopting **DevOps and SRE best practices**. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience with **Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration**. Proficiency in **Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)**. Experience with **AWS**, including services such as **EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC**. Advanced knowledge of **CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Spinnaker, etc.)**. Experience with **monitoring, logging, and observability**. Experience with **security and compliance in regulated environments (PCI DSS, HSM, encryption)**. Knowledge of **network automation and load balancing**. Experience in the **payment industry**, especially in **card processing**. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the **U.S. payments market**. Certifications in **AWS, Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD), DevOps (DASA, Azure DevOps)**. Experience with **GitOps and advanced infrastructure automation**.
