Ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction **STORE COORDINATOR:** **Job Mission:** Supervise and coordinate all operational and commercial activities of the store, ensuring outstanding results through strategic team management, goal tracking, inventory control, and financial processes. Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and continuously evaluating the team, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in team management within retail; \- Experience in goal tracking, results-oriented management, and performance indicator analysis; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for spreadsheet management); \- Full availability to work on shopping mall shifts. **Benefits:** * Multi-benefit card (meal allowance); * Transportation allowance; * SESC membership. **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week — shopping mall shift schedule. **Salary:** R$2\.772,00 \+ Performance-based bonus. **Work Location:** On-site, positions available in Belo Horizonte (BH), Betim, and Contagem.
