Focus on profitability and expansion of the customer base **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, including portfolio management of products and services, supporting business teams and PA-related processes—including individual (PF), corporate (PJ), and digital customers—through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on cooperative members' needs and the cooperative's results, aiming at profitability and portfolio growth, while promoting service quality, efficiency, standardization, achievement of established goals, and offering product and service solutions aligned with customer expectations and loyalty within the assigned area of responsibility. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or in Technology programs related to Business Administration/Commercial fields, or equivalent. Experience in commercial/customer service. Experience in financial institutions. Negotiation of financial products and services. Sales techniques. Knowledge of the financial market/BACEN. ANBIMA certification (CPA\-10 or CPA\-20\).
