Job Summary: Support document management for occupational health and safety (OHS), personal protective equipment (PPE) control, employee onboarding and training, as well as organizing preventive campaigns and managing documentation for clients and third parties. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing and updating occupational health and safety (OHS) documents. 2. Tracking expiration dates of training sessions and periodic medical examinations. 3. Organizing preventive campaigns and employee integration. **OHS Documentation Support** * Assist in organizing and updating documents such as the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs), and PPE record forms. * Track expiration dates of mandatory training sessions (NRs) and periodic medical examinations. * Update spreadsheets for document control and safety performance indicators. **PPE Distribution and Control** * Assist in distributing and recording PPE issued to employees. * Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs. **Employee Onboarding and Training** * Support onboarding of new employees with emphasis on occupational health and safety. * Organize attendance lists and training materials. * Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35, etc., as applicable to the role). **Preventive Campaigns and Activities** * Support organization of campaigns such as White January, Orange and Purple February, SIPAT, and others. **Third-Party and Client Documentation Control** * Assist in submitting and tracking OHS documentation required by clients. * Support monitoring of specific contractual requirements.
