Job Summary: Technical leadership in QA, responsible for test architecture, automation, and quality processes, acting as mentor and facilitator across departments. Key Highlights: 1. Profile Must demonstrate technical leadership through expertise and credibility, acting as a mentor and facilitator in communication across different departments. Must possess systemic vision to connect technical decisions with business objectives, propose improvements, and structure processes without losing attention to detail. Expected to be proactive, collaborative, open to feedback, and continuously improvement-oriented, balancing pragmatism and quality. Should avoid authoritarian attitudes, knowledge centralization, excessive perfectionism, and narrow focus solely on technical aspects.
