**Description:** * Develop, adjust, and optimize reports and queries in TOTVS RM Reports and RM BI. * Perform data extractions and integrations between system modules (Payroll, Educational, Financial, etc.). * Support user departments in defining requirements and indicators, translating demands into technical specifications. * Ensure the quality and integrity of data presented in reports. * Implement continuous improvements, standardizations, and best practices in the use of RM reports. * Conduct testing and validations prior to report publication. * Support the maintenance team and the Data Excellence area when necessary. **Requirements:** * Mandatory proven experience with TOTVS RM (preferably Payroll, Educational, Backoffice modules). * Proficiency in TOTVS Reports, RM BI, SQL Server, and data manipulation. * Knowledge of TOTVS database structures. * Ability to analyze and understand business processes. * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments. * Must reside in Belo Horizonte - MG; Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4,000.00 - R$4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
