Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling vehicle flow, monitoring security, organizing the yard, verifying documents, and supporting vehicle scheduling, while recording all activities. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle flow control and guidance in the yard 2. Security monitoring to prevent irregularities 3. Yard space organization and optimization Main Responsibilities: * **Flow Control:** Control and guide the entry and exit of vehicles (trucks, cars, etc.) in the yard. * **Security:** Monitor yard activities to prevent theft, unauthorized personnel entry, or other irregularities. * **Organization:** Direct vehicles to specific locations—such as loading docks, parking areas, or holding zones—to optimize space usage. * **Document Verification:** Check cargo and driver documentation to authorize release or loading/unloading. * **Communication:** Communicate\-with other departments—such as security or maintenance—regarding anomalies or issues. * **Scheduling and Control:** Support vehicle scheduling to ensure continuous flow and avoid congestion. * **Reporting and Recordkeeping:** Complete forms and reports with information on yard activities.
