Development of reports and analyses **Job Description:** **Position**: Office Assistant; Billing, migration, relationship management, and customer management; **Remuneration**: R$ 2\.200,00 per month. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Technical Competencies:** Preferred: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, or Economics; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Driver's license category B (with driving experience). **Behavioral Competencies:** Willingness to travel; Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with team members and clients; Ability to solve problems assertively; Proactivity in process monitoring; Organization and attention to detail; Sense of urgency. **Responsibilities for this position:** Feasibility analysis for migration; Migration process execution; Client interaction, including visits and meetings according to LL Energia’s policies; addressing client demands with the distribution and energy supply companies; presenting operational results in the Free Market; clarifying client queries; Verification of distribution and energy billing, and corrective action in case of billing errors; Preparation of energy consumption, expense, and savings reports for the Free Market.
