




**Responsibilities:** * Supervise all Human Resources Administration processes: hiring, termination, benefits, payroll closing, and other related activities. * Coordinate and monitor projects in the areas of Training & Development, Job Evaluation & Compensation, Organizational Climate Surveys, and Performance Appraisal, ensuring achievement of established objectives and deadlines. * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes according to client requirements, managing the job vacancy pipeline and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs. * Conduct negotiations and alignment with clients regarding project fees, timelines, scope, and quality of deliverables. * Monitor and respond to performance indicators, ensuring service excellence. * Comply with and uphold GSI’s Policy—Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards and procedures during all activities. **Requirements:** * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology. * **Proven experience** in the field, with demonstrated expertise in management and supervision. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health insurance Job type: Freelance / PJ Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: R$7,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
