Job Summary: Customer service in a bakery, focusing on in-person, telephone, and online sales, as well as salon organization and product restocking. Key Highlights: 1. Restocking items and display cases Position for customer service at a bakery (Sodiê Doces) located in the Barreiro neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. Duties include in-person customer service for selling cakes, sweets, savory snacks, beverages, and related items. Telephone, WhatsApp, and online platform support (e.g., iFood) are also required. Additionally, responsibilities include general maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the service area and dining hall, as well as cake and beverage display cases. Restocking items such as candles, beverages, and savory snacks is also required. No prior experience is necessary. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Availability on public holidays is required (operations generally occur during reduced hours; overtime pay applies).
