Job Summary: Budget Analyst with experience in project analysis, quantity take-offs, quotations, budget spreadsheets, and technical and commercial proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in technical analysis of projects and budgets. 2. Development of technical and commercial proposals. 3. Supplier relationship management and hands-on experience in fast-track construction projects. Technical reading and analysis of architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings; Quantity take-off; Preparation and analysis of unit price compositions; Quotation of materials and services; Assembly of budget spreadsheets; Preparation of technical and commercial proposals; Supplier relationship management; Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering; * Proven experience as a Budget Analyst in the Construction industry; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in fast-track, commercial, and retail construction projects.
