Development of strategies for process optimization and gains. **Job Description**: We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-driven professional to lead process mapping and improvement initiatives, with practical (not just theoretical) application of the PDCA cycle. **Responsibilities** * Map, design, and redesign processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement. * Conduct diagnostics, root cause analyses, and problem prioritization based on data. * Apply the PDCA cycle to structure action plans, monitor KPIs, and sustain improvements. * Define and implement KPIs, management routines, and operational standards (SOPs, flowcharts, manuals). * Present results and recommendations to leadership with clarity, conciseness, and analytical rigor. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid knowledge and practical application of PDCA — not only conceptual, but with proven experience leading full cycles, from diagnosis to standardization. * Proficiency in quality and management tools: Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 5W2H, Pareto. * Analytical capability to handle large volumes of data. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to structure executive presentations. **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity as a core trait: anticipate problems, propose solutions without direction, and take ownership through to final results. * Resilience and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. * Analytical rigor, execution discipline, and obsession with measurable outcomes. * Flexibility and adaptability to diverse contexts, departments, and hierarchical levels. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Contagem, MG, BR Full-time CLT On-site
