We are looking for a professional to assume the role of **Senior Data Analyst**, acting as an analytical partner for business units, ensuring that relevant questions are answered with consistent data, well-structured analyses, and clear communication. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Performing exploratory, diagnostic, and explanatory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; Supporting decision-making through business-oriented insights, linking data to practical actions; Developing recurring and ad hoc analyses for departments such as Finance, RevOps, Product, and Executive Leadership; Formulating hypotheses, defining tracking metrics, and evaluating outcomes; Creating and maintaining executive dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and conceptual alignment; Collaborating with Analytics Engineers to define and monitor KPIs and business metrics; Ensuring analyses and visualizations accurately reflect official data and analytical models; Supporting executive presentations by translating data into clear narratives; Validating analytical results, identifying inconsistencies, and aligning concepts with technical teams; Documenting analyses, metrics, and assumptions to support standardization and reuse; Using the governed analytical layer as the foundation for analyses and dashboards; Supporting the continuous evolution of the company’s analytical solutions. **For this position, we expect you to have:** Solid experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence, operating within complex business contexts; Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and exploration; Experience with visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or similar; Strong analytical capability, with skills to structure problems and generate actionable insights; Effective communication skills to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders; Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and business metrics; An organized, proactive profile with ownership mindset and impact focus; A degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. **It would be a plus if you:** Have experience in SaaS companies or fast-growing environments; Have worked with business metrics and executive indicators; Can act as an analytical partner to strategic business units; Have experience in data storytelling and executive presentations; Have previously served as a technical reference or mentor for other analysts. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place to work?
