Assist members and regional offices with process-related questions, identifying potential frauds. **Detailed Job Description** \- Receive claims files and conduct initial review, perform financial reconciliation, investigate support services, read tracker data, assess damage extent and losses, review relevant narratives, and analyze documentation, to determine whether the case requires investigation, expert appraisal, or release; \- Verify whether the vehicle involved in the incident matches the vehicle registered in the Association’s database, using documents available in the system; \- Determine whether a third party is involved, to assess tertiary liability; \- Assist members and regional offices with process-related questions, explaining how the necessary handling was conducted; \- Maintain contact with investigators and experts during the meticulous investigation of claims files, to ensure appropriate technical analysis; \- Monitor pending incidents to regularize claims processes and maintain workflow efficiency.
