Description: Desired knowledge: * Basic electricity. * Disassembly and assembly of equipment. * Knowledge of transformers. * Transformer core assembly. * Perform photographic documentation of equipment and components prior to disassembly; * Interpret electrical project drawings; * Remove/install static ring insulation; * Prepare coil clamping base; * Perform coil column stacking onto the core in standard transformers and reactors. * Assemble supports and pre-prepare cables. * Perform connections for regulation windings, tertiary windings, HV and LV windings by joining cables with crimped sleeves using a hydraulic pressing system; * Perform terminal potentialization and cable insulation; * Assemble HV lines, off-load and on-load tap changers; * Perform re-tightening of active parts, whether impregnated or not, after treatment processes; * Supervise electrical tests; * Collect technical data for project development; 251217020255813996
