Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, fabricating, and assembling wooden and metal structures for roofing, working in roof manufacturing and maintenance as well as drainage systems. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of building roofing services. 2. Manufacturing and maintenance of roofs, including gutters and flashing. 3. Operation of machinery and tools for wood or metal. Plan building roofing services; Fabricate wooden structures; Fabricate metal structures for roofing; Operate machinery and tools for wood or metal; Install clay, asbestos, metal, or plastic tiles; Assemble wooden or metal structures for roofing; Accept responsibilities; Cut metallic pieces using manual or bench-mounted angle grinders; Cut pieces; Form ridges, hips, and ridgelines; Sand using handheld electric sanders; Verify measurements of components; Execute construction works for building roofing; Work in roof manufacturing and maintenance; Perform maintenance on gutters and flashing (general cleaning; Apply sealing to roofs, flashing, and gutters); Paint roofs, flashing, and gutters; Apply resins to roofs, flashing, and gutters; Perform general waterproofing; Assemble roofs, flashing, and gutters; Inspect lifelines; Maintain drainage systems.
