We are looking for a passionate Information Security professional to strategically protect our digital assets, with strong expertise in SOC/MDR, Vulnerability Management, and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the protection and resilience of the company’s information assets, leading the architecture, configuration, and management of advanced security and networking tools, and independently conducting alert investigations, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement of security processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead security alert investigation and triage within SOC/MDR environments, correlating logs, endpoint telemetry, and multiple tools to identify real threats. * Distinguish false positives from legitimate attacks based on evidence and analytical judgment. * Manage the full Vulnerability Management lifecycle (discovery, analysis, risk classification, and remediation). * Administer and configure Cloudflare, Microsoft 365, Sophos Firewall, and Sophos Endpoint. * Manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks (routing and switching). * Implement and monitor DLP policies (Sophos DLP and Microsoft Purview DLP). * Document investigations, evidence, and technical recommendations, escalating incidents per established procedures. * Identify operational gaps and propose new detection and response processes and technologies. * Support the technical development of Junior and Mid-level analysts by promoting security best practices. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields. * 2–3 years of consistent hands-on experience in Information Security and Networking, including practical exposure to SOC/MDR operations, alert triage, and Vulnerability Management (VULM). **Technical Knowledge** * Alert investigation and incident response methodologies * Log analysis and correlation (SIEM), endpoint telemetry, and contextual data * Vulnerability Management tools and frameworks (vulnerability scanners, CVSS severity scoring) * Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Workers, Caching) * Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 * Sophos Firewall and Sophos Endpoint * LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks (routing and switching protocols) * Sophos DLP and Microsoft Purview DLP * LGPD and Risk Management **Also Valued:** * Clear communication skills, even with non-technical audiences. * Autonomy to manage multiple concurrent investigations. * Genuine interest in staying current with emerging threats and technologies. * Collaborative mindset with a natural inclination toward mentoring less experienced colleagues. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Employment type: CLT * Work mode: 100% on-site * Location: Santo Agostinho neighborhood Minimum Education: Technical Course * OnHappy * Gift Card – Birthday/Christmas * TotalPass * DuBenefícios Discount Club * Transportation Allowance * Dental Care * Medical Care * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance
