Job Summary: Foreign trade professional responsible for overseeing import operational processes from shipment to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Full monitoring of import processes 2. Preparation and registration of customs documents (LI, DI/DUIMP) 3. Coordination with freight forwarders, agents, and clients to ensure operational efficiency **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, or Logistics. **Requirements:** * Experience in import operations; * Knowledge of import legislation; * Behavioral skills: Strong interpersonal communication, organizational ability, focused attention, resilience under pressure, learning orientation, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the entire import operational process, from cargo loading abroad to final delivery to the customer; * Verify shipping documents; * Assess the need for an Import License (LI); * Prepare and register the Import License (LI) and Import Declaration (DI/DUIMP); * Identify costs associated with the operation; * Issue ICMS and exemption payment slips, perform queries and payments via the Mercante system. * Conduct follow\-up with customers and maintain contact with freight forwarders, cargo agents, insurers, and other stakeholders, ensuring process efficiency and compliance; * Other duties as assigned within the department.
