Job Summary: We are seeking an MRO Procurement Analyst to lead the procurement of indirect materials and services, with a focus on competitive negotiations and cost reduction. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiate and manage contracts We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) category. The professional will be responsible for managing procurement processes for indirect materials and services, ensuring competitive negotiations, cost reduction, and timely, high-quality fulfillment of internal requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and procurement processes for MRO materials and services (maintenance equipment, PPE, consumables, spare parts, general services). * Prospect, evaluate, and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Negotiate delivery timelines, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and optimization. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to procurement processes. * Respond promptly to internal demands, ensuring appropriate supply to departments. * Support compliance controls, contract management, and supplier documentation. * Prepare reports and dashboards tracking procurement activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience in MRO procurement. * Knowledge of corporate procurement processes and negotiation techniques. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Ariba or similar) is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Desired Competencies:** * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Organizational and planning capabilities * Agility and flexibility to handle multiple demands * Results-oriented mindset with focus on cost reduction * Interpersonal skills and engagement Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
