Focus on excellent customer service and efficient logistics Opportunity to work as a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT at a large-scale national wholesale company with a family-oriented culture. With approximately 4.200 employees, the company values commitment, closeness, and people, maintaining integrated operations focused on excellent customer service, efficient logistics, and competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Pick merchandise using data collectors and/or picking maps (customer orders), storing products in dispatch bays for verification; * Sort products in bays according to label identification on boxes and group them into designated batches, preparing them for loading; * Load picked products from bays using load carts, conveyors, pallet jacks, and/or cages, making them ready for placement into the truck trailer; * Assist the loader in arranging cargo inside the truck trailer; * Retrieve empty boxes (sealant) from the returns area using a manual pallet jack for packaging incompatible items (agrochemicals); * Collect equipment used during loading at the end of the shift and place it in the location indicated by the team leader or supervisor; * Organize and clean bays, collecting empty pallets and stacking them for reuse. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in operational activities and/or Logistics; * Availability for shifts: 2nd shift (Monday to Friday: 1:58 PM to 10:20 PM / Saturday: 1:14 PM to 10:10 PM) or 3rd shift (Sunday: 9:45 PM to 5:40 AM / Monday to Friday: 10:10 PM to 5:40 AM). **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On-site meals * TOTALPASS * Transportation allowance + Company-provided transportation * Attendance bonus – (10% of base salary) * Education assistance * Basic food basket or meal voucher * Multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapist, Nutritionist, General Practitioner, Psychologist) * Rest room At Tambasa, we believe our greatest asset lies in our people.
