We are seeking professionals to work as a **Senior Quality Analyst (Temporary)**, with an emphasis on professional training via training programs and special projects, promoting excellence in service delivery and the best possible customer experience. The professional will be responsible for developing and integrating methodologies, tools, and performance indicators (KPIs), aligned with the pillars of People, Product, and Processes, ensuring standardization of practices and strengthening organizational culture. Join a team committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, working collaboratively, strategically, and focused on generating value for the business and enhancing customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** Achieve the objectives of the Strategic Plan in the Customer Driven & Culture Training area by training professionals to deliver optimal services with a focus on customer experience through training programs and special projects; Training programs must integrate methodologies, tools, and KPIs, based on the following pillars: People (Behavioral – Customer Focus) / Product (Competitiveness and service quality) / Processes (Standardization – WCD); Understand brand strategies and apply their guidelines to area actions and deliverables; Work cross-functionally, ensuring alignment with each business unit’s strategies, guidelines, and needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Communication, Business Administration, Corporate Education, Pedagogy, Automotive Engineering, or Marketing; Experience in dealership networks, working in quality management, training management, or project management; Familiarity with day-to-day operations and activities of dealership professionals; Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Willingness to travel. **Desirable Requirements:** Postgraduate degree or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Institutional Design, Distance Education Technology, or Corporate Communication); Experience in training strategy implementation for dealership networks in Sales, After-Sales, and Process areas; Knowledge of the automotive sector; Experience in people and project management; Basic English or Spanish language skills. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** Temporary contract for a fixed term **Work Location:** Betim/MG **Working Hours** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM) – Currently hybrid.
