Description
#### **Responsibilities**
* Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for selection processes.
* Conduct onboarding of new employees, providing information about the company and internal policies.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records and the HR database, ensuring compliance with LGPD.
* Support the organization of internal training sessions and events, including logistics and communication.
* Assist in payroll processing, time tracking, and benefits administration.
* Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, clarifying questions and routing requests.
* Generate basic HR reports on headcount, turnover, and absenteeism for management analysis.
#### **Requirements**
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) and occupational health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and Word.
* Familiarity with HR management systems, particularly Protheus for data registration and tracking.
* Ability to handle confidential information and ensure necessary discretion.
* Strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal communication.
