Care for the maintenance and proper functioning of the company vehicle \* * Make deliveries with a **professional and courteous demeanor**. * Represent the company during deliveries. * Inform customers about **quantities delivered or receiving instructions**. Transport **promotional items and gifts** between the company, suppliers, and customers. * Complete **deliveries within the stipulated timeframe**, following routes defined by the company. * Ensure products are **transported safely**, preventing damage or loss. * Perform **goods pickups** from suppliers or partners when necessary. * Verify **products before loading**, checking quantities and descriptions against invoices or orders. * Inspect the **integrity of packaging and promotional items** before departure for delivery. * Request the signature of the **person responsible for receiving** upon delivery. * Report any **discrepancies, damages, or missing items** to the relevant department. * Transport and present **invoices, delivery manifests, or proof of delivery** when required. * Collect **signed proof of receipt** from customers. * Submit documents to the administrative or logistics department after deliveries. * Maintain the **preservation, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the company vehicle**. * Conduct basic inspections such as: * oil level * fuel level * tires * radiator coolant level * Notify the company of any **maintenance needs or irregularities**. * Support the team in **order picking when necessary**. * Assist with **inventory management or goods organization** when not on delivery routes. * Collaborate with the logistics department to **optimize delivery routes**. * Make deliveries with a **professional and courteous demeanor**. * Represent the company during deliveries. * Inform customers about **quantities delivered or receiving instructions**.
