Job Summary: A professional responsible for price quotations, supplier research, purchase order issuance, and order follow-up to ensure the company's supply flow. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and issuance of purchase orders * Conduct **price quotations** with suppliers. * Research **new suppliers and products in the market**. * Compare commercial proposals considering **price, delivery lead time, and payment terms**. * Prepare comparative quotation reports for analysis by the responsible department. * Prepare and issue **purchase orders** according to internal company requests. * Register orders in the **management system or control spreadsheets**. * Forward orders to suppliers and track their acceptance. * Monitor the **status of placed orders** with suppliers. * Track delivery deadlines to ensure products arrive within the scheduled timeframe. * Inform relevant departments about **delays or changes to orders**. * Verify received **invoices** against placed orders. * Ensure information accuracy before forwarding to the finance department. * Archive and organize procurement-related documents. * Maintain frequent contact with suppliers for **negotiation, clarification of doubts, and delivery tracking**. * Update supplier records in the company's system. * Assist in the **negotiation of prices and commercial terms**. * Support monitoring of **inventory levels** to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Receive purchase requests from internal departments. * Inform the responsible person regarding material replenishment needs. * Assist in preparing **procurement reports and departmental performance indicators**. * Update order and supplier control spreadsheets. * Support the purchasing manager in administrative routines. * Assist in verifying received goods. * Verify whether delivered items match the placed order. * Report discrepancies or damages to the supplier or responsible department.
