




We are seeking a professional to serve as Executive Director at a leading Credit Cooperative within its system. Responsibilities and Duties Lead the Cooperative’s strategic and operational management, ensuring business sustainability, expansion, and security; promote the cooperative culture; strengthen relationships with members; and ensure compliance with Cresol System guidelines, applicable legislation, and regulatory authorities. Implement the strategic plan and ensure governance aligned with Cresol System guidelines. Manage financial performance, operations, risk, and regulatory compliance. Develop business, expand territorial presence, and enhance the member experience. Lead teams, foster cooperative culture, and represent the Cooperative institutionally. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven executive management experience in the financial or cooperative sector. Strong knowledge of the Brazilian financial system, financial products and services, strategic and financial planning, and economic feasibility analysis. Familiarity with governance, finance, risk management, and cooperative system legislation. Strategic mindset, inspirational leadership, decision-making ability, and strong results orientation. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, with postgraduate specialization in relevant areas. CPA-20 certification or higher is preferred. Additional Information Willingness to relocate and reside in the opportunity region. Willingness to travel within the Cooperative’s operating regions. Statutory employment contract.
