Job Summary: Operate medium-complexity electromechanical machines and systems, perform readings, record entries, material replenishment, and execute cleaning and inspection procedures. Operate medium-complexity electromechanical machines and/or systems, such as: utility-area equipment (steam, refrigeration, and machine room), Avapac/Colby, TBA, Preparation and Mixing, and others, in accordance with production orders and specific procedures; Perform monitoring readings, finished-product recording, and sample collection; Document shift occurrences, including assessment of potential losses; Replenish materials to ensure proper machine operation; Execute equipment cleaning, sanitation, and inspection procedures; Inspect equipment operating conditions and functionality; Collaborate in performing other area-related activities; Comply with company procedures; Keep immediate supervisor informed about area activities; 2512050202181904642
