




Job Summary: A professional responsible for meter readings, supervision and maintenance of water meters, fraud prevention, and customer service to ensure water supply. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and maintain essential water and sewage services 2. Ensure accurate measurement of water consumption and service quality 3. Maintain good customer relationships and contribute to continuous improvement **Responsibilities:** * Perform **meter reading and re-reading**, inspect connections, and carry out **water supply cutoffs and reconnections** (as per locality); * **Identify and report fraud, leaks, and irregularities** in water and sewage connections; * **Update customer records**, deliver bills, informational materials, and notifications; * **Assist users**, provide information about services, and support customer satisfaction surveys; * Perform **simple maintenance tasks**, such as replacing water meters, standardizing meter pedestals, and repairs (except in Manaus); * **Operate company vehicles safely** and take care of work equipment; * Comply with standards for **quality, environment, and occupational safety**. **Objective:** Ensure accurate measurement of water consumption, contribute to continuous service improvement, and maintain good customer relationships.
