




Job Summary: Assist in administrative tasks, control the inflow and outflow of supplies, monitor product expiration dates, and maintain stock and PPE conservation. Key Highlights: 1. Receive, restock, organize, and verify products, controlling damages and losses. 2. Responsible for organizing and inventorying stock to meet demand. 3. Control the inbound and outbound flow of goods and sales orders. Provide administrative support, assisting the Coordinator in daily activities; control the inflow and outflow of inputs; monitor product expiration dates; and maintain stock and personal protective equipment (PPE) conservation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive, restock, organize, verify, and inspect product expiry dates (agrochemicals, fertilizers, seeds, and specialty products), controlling damages and losses from receipt through dispatch (including inter-unit transfers and customer deliveries), as well as issuing outgoing and incoming invoices—thereby managing product inflow and outflow, linking inventory reports by batch and expiry date (including items nearing expiry); Responsible for stock organization and inventory, monitoring current stock levels and determining adequacy, maintaining orderly storage to ensure accessibility and safety for staff, while keeping sufficient stock available to meet sales demand; Control the inbound and outbound flow of goods; Manage orders, billing, logistics load scheduling with carriers and producers, ensuring accurate information is provided to users, customers, and colleagues; Coordinate with freight carriers/transporters to obtain competitive freight quotes for possible product transfers between units or to customer properties; Input general merchandise sales orders and issue invoices using the company’s internal system. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in controlling input inflow and outflow, product expiry dates, and stock conservation; Knowledge of invoice issuance; Technical education in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, or Agribusiness (registration of Agricultural Technician with CFTA); Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher; Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Education Assistance; Life Insurance; Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
