Will directly contribute to building narratives that convey the company's value proposition, supporting the marketing team in lead generation, brand strengthening, and audience engagement. **Technical Prerequisites:** * Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Experience in marketing, advertising copywriting, or copywriting; * Proficiency in copywriting and storytelling techniques; * Strong research skills and ability to adapt language for diverse audiences and channels; * Knowledge of SEO applied to content production. **Desirable Skills (Advantages):** * Experience with digital marketing and inbound marketing; * Familiarity with marketing automation platforms; * Intermediate or advanced Spanish; * Basic design knowledge to support text + image integration. **Behavioral Prerequisites:** * Creative and innovative in developing ideas and messages; * Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks; * Proactive, with initiative to propose new communication approaches; * Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team; * Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines; * Open to feedback and eager to continuously improve.
