**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Conduct prospecting for payroll loans—including INSS, government, SIAPE, and FGTS advance loans—via active telemarketing and WhatsApp, targeting public servants (municipal, state, and federal), military personnel, and INSS retirees; Sell payroll loans, refinancing options, and loan portability from banking institutions via telephone (active), WhatsApp, and external outreach activities targeting eligible individuals; Provide personalized customer service by understanding each client’s needs and offering the most suitable credit solution; Prepare customized commercial proposals aligned with current terms and policies; Monitor the entire sales process—from negotiation through contract finalization; Maintain ongoing client relationships, consistently pursuing client satisfaction and loyalty; Stay updated on payroll loan policies and market trends.
