We have an opportunity for a **Workshop Manager!** In this role, you will lead and supervise technicians and mechanical assistants; plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance; perform technical diagnostics of equipment failures; manage resources efficiently, including parts and tools; ensure workplace safety; and maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress — thereby ensuring equipment operability and longevity. Submit your resume — we’ll contact you shortly! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and supervise Technical Consultants and Technical Assistants. * Plan and schedule maintenance and repair activities for machinery and equipment. * Support diagnosis of complex technical issues in agricultural machinery and equipment. * Manage the workshop’s spare parts and consumables inventory. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards, guaranteeing proper use of personal and collective protective equipment. * Optimize workflow and operational processes of the technical team. * Monitor service and repair quality. * Communicate\-with customers regarding service progress. * Evaluate team performance, productivity, training needs, and implement improvement actions. * Maintain workshop tools and equipment organized and in good condition. * Ensure planning and execution of the service schedule, guaranteeing organization, correct prioritization of requests, and adherence to defined deadlines for each service. * Ensure compliance with established service standards and disciplined use of available tools and systems, promoting operational standardization, efficiency, and improved customer experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Experience with Agricultural Equipment; * Experience in People Management; * Intermediate Computer Skills: Office suite, e\-mail, and internet. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Medication Reimbursement; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Day Off. **SLC MACHINES** With a mission to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions in machinery, equipment, and services — committed to our customers’ success and to the sustainable development of agribusiness and society — our company proudly represents John Deere in the northern region of Rio Grande do Sul.
