Assistance in preparing simple hot dishes The Hotel Breakfast Kitchen Assistant prepares *mis en place* (fruits, cold cuts, cakes), replenishes the buffet, sanitizes utensils, and maintains area cleanliness, ensuring efficiency and quality in morning service. The role involves food pre-preparation in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * **Key Responsibilities:** * **Pre-preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing fruits, cold cuts, breads, and cakes. * **Buffet Setup:** Organizing and restocking the breakfast counter, ensuring items are always well-stocked and visually appealing. * **Sanitation and Organization:** Sanitizing utensils, equipment, countertops, and maintaining kitchen and pantry organization. * **Kitchen Support:** Assisting in preparing simple hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and other hot items. * **Waste Management:** Proper disposal of garbage and waste. **Desired Professional Profile:** * **Efficiency and Attention to Detail:** Performing tasks quickly without compromising precision. * **Discretion and Confidentiality:** Respecting guest privacy and maintaining absolute confidentiality. * **Organization and Hygiene:** Taking care of the work environment and tools. * **Courtesy:** Providing polite service in response to guest requests. **Job Advantages** * Prior kitchen experience (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling (HACCP/ANVISA). * Efficiency, organization, and ability to work in a team. * Availability for morning shifts (early morning start).
