Create technical documentation following internal standards. Provide technical support to the squad in resolving issues and implementing improvements. Participate in defining automation architectures, considering best practices and available technologies. Use DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus) for CI/CD. Ensure application of best development and architectural practices across all robots. Code modules, services, and unit tests following established standards. Execute unit and integration tests, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria. Analyze and fix defects/bugs, logging and tracking them in management tools (e.g., Jira). Support systems, applications, and technological components related to automations. Develop action plans for defects identified during user acceptance testing, suggesting architectural improvements. Deliver test and validation evidence according to the project schedule. Produce documentation and specifications that add business value. Work in accordance with adopted methodologies, metrics, and processes. Assume a mentoring and technical leadership role, guiding the team and contributing to strategic project decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Solid experience in RPA development, especially using **.NET (C#)** and **Blue Prism**. Experience with **REST** and **SOAP** APIs. Excellent knowledge of **SQL** (creating structures and queries). Experience with **OCR**. Proficiency in at least one widely used programming language such as **Java**, along with .NET frameworks. Ability to analyze business processes and deeply understand business rules to identify automation opportunities. Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills. Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related field. **Additional Information** **Desirable:** Certifications in RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath). Knowledge of Python, VB.NET, or other automation-supporting languages. Experience with RPA orchestrators (UiPath Orchestrator, Control Room, etc.). Experience in digital transformation or large-scale automation projects. Knowledge of Power BI, Grafana, or analytics tools for robot monitoring. Prior experience in complex projects.
