JOB OPENING – OPERATIONAL MANAGER (MINERAL WATER COMPANY) Job Description Blu – Smart Mineral Water, a company operating in the mineral water sector, is seeking an Operational Manager to coordinate, plan, and supervise all operational activities, ensuring efficiency in logistics and distribution processes, with a focus on quality, safety, cost reduction, and compliance with legal and sanitary standards. **Key Responsibilities** Manage mineral water distribution operations Supervise operational teams (logistics, maintenance, and distribution) Ensure compliance with ANVISA, sanitary surveillance, and regulatory agency standards Monitor productivity indicators, losses, operational costs, and quality Plan and optimize delivery routes and logistics processes Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational safety standards Control inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished products Collaborate with administrative, finance, and HR departments Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior management **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields Experience in operational management, preferably in beverage or food manufacturing industries Knowledge of production processes, logistics, and quality control Familiarity with sanitary legislation and occupational safety regulations Leadership and team management skills **Behavioral Competencies** Firm and collaborative leadership Organization and strategic vision Decision-making ability Proactivity and results orientation Clear and objective communication **Employment Type** CLT – Regular business hours or as required by operational needs **Benefits** Salary negotiable Transportation allowance Meal/food allowance Additional benefits according to internal policy Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: starting from R$2.000,00 per month
