Negotiation of prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions \*JOB: ENGINE PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE \- PASSO FUNDO\* * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Remuneration: To be discussed **\*Main Responsibilities\*** * Sell John Deere engine parts (excavators, heavy machinery, agricultural equipment). * Serve customers, identify their needs, and close deals quickly and accurately. * Prospect new customers daily with clear targets. * Develop strategic relationships with workshops, distributors, and fleet operators. * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions. **\*Requirements\*** * Prior experience: Must have previous experience in this role. * Prior sales experience, preferably in engine parts or heavy-duty equipment sectors. * Dominant profile: high assertiveness, sense of urgency, quick decision-making, results-oriented. * Objective and persuasive communication skills. * Ability to handle pressure, targets, and high workloads.
