Monitor system implementation when necessary. * Assist in documenting the business platform modules. * Provide customer support through specific service channels, resolving low and medium complexity issues. (excluding tax and accounting matters). * Support internal departments by providing information and guidance to resolve low and medium complexity issues related to fiscal and accounting platform processes. * Participate in department meetings. * Ensure clarity and accuracy in information provided to customers regarding low and medium complexity issues, as well as deliver high-quality service.
