Job Summary: Assist in stock activities, controlling input and output of supplies, managing product expirations, and maintaining stock and PPE conservation. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of an organized and secure stock Provide assistance for stock-related activities, controlling inflows and outflows of supplies, monitoring product expiration dates, and ensuring proper storage conditions for stock and personal protective equipment (PPE). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain inventory records by entering into the system invoice issuance data for incoming and outgoing products, ensuring timely delivery to customers as per contractual deadlines. * Issue Technical Prescriptions when invoices are issued for product (supply) deliveries, as applicable. * Conduct stock inventories at frequencies defined by the Logistics team to ensure physical stock matches system records. * Gather information to support replenishment planning in accordance with company stock policies. * Verify and monitor product expiration dates using batch stock reports; consistently apply FEFO (First Expired, First Out); and track damages and losses from receipt through dispatch (internal transfers and/or customer deliveries). * Maintain an organized and hygienic stock area, ensuring products requiring storage remain within legally authorized and protected areas (e.g., agrochemicals and nutrition products). * Implement stock security and protection measures to comply with health and safety systems, signage, equipment condition, etc., in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation/regulatory requirements. * Export weekly stock movement data for the Unit to SIGA (SEAPA). * Assist during audits and inspections related to stock management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in controlling supply inflows and outflows, product expiration tracking, and stock preservation; * Knowledge of invoice issuance; * Technical education in Agriculture and/or Agricultural Technology and/or Animal Husbandry (registration of Agricultural Technician with CFTA); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Education Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
