Customer relationship and satisfaction **Main Responsibilities:** Perform **assembly and installation** of laser cutting machines at various locations, ensuring they are fully operational according to specifications. **On-site Technical Support:** Accurately and efficiently diagnose, repair, and resolve technical issues, minimizing equipment downtime. **Customer Relationship:** Understand customer needs and deliver high-quality service to ensure their satisfaction. **Accurate Diagnosis:** Use your expertise to identify root causes of problems, whether through failure analysis, testing, or component verification. **Travel:** Availability for frequent travel to serve customers across different regions. **Technical Requirements & Qualifications:** Technical course in Electronics (strongly preferred), Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or related fields. Electrical Knowledge: Solid experience with electrical panels, especially with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Electromechanical Components: Experience with electric motors and frequency inverters. Mechanics: Familiarity with CNC lathes and machining equipment. **Prior Experience:** Proven experience in technical support, preferably with industrial equipment. Remuneration: BRL 3800 \+ bonus per installation. After gaining experience, salary increases to BRL 4200.00\. TRAVEL AVAILABILITY IS MANDATORY.
